A
long time ago, a city that
went by the name of July was destroyed by a man known as Vash the Stampede. A
$$60,000,000,000 bounty was placed on his head because of that horrible
incident, but the strange thing was... no one died. A couple of years later, two
insurance girls named Meryl Stryfe and Milly Thompson are ordered by the
Bernadelli Insurance Agency to follow Vash, and to keep him from causing damage
to any more towns. Discovering that Vash is actually a peace-loving and somewhat
idiotic guy who just happens to be a superb gunman proves quite a shock for
Meryl Stryfe. After seeing Vash help other people, Meryl and Milly decide to
stick around and make sure that he won't try to pull a fast one on them. But
Vash also has another objective -- to settle a score with a man... a man who had
murdered many of Vash's loved ones. This is the same man who ruined Vash's whole
life...
