the grounds of one Excel, a hyper and enthusiastic girl that is employed by the
super-secret organization "Across" that's aimed to take over the world
(starting, or course with Japan). She will do anything for her beloved Ipalazzo,
Across' leader - including her first mission of killing Rikudo Koshi, the
creator of "Excel Saga." This Anime series parodies EVERYTHING - including
nearly every Anime series in creation. You'll see parodies ranging from Aliens,
to Mad Max! You'll see spoofs of Power Rangers, and Pokemon!! It even parodies
itself!!! Great music, great animation, and a guest appearance by Stephen
Spielberg!! By far, the funniest series you WILL EVER SEE! Has an
OAV series entitled "Puni Puni Poemi"
